The images, videos, texts on imgacials.nl are the property of Hadewig. And may be used only in overlay and after explicit permission for other purposes than this.

If you order in the Netherlands before 2 p.m., you will receive Imagicals within 3 business days.*

*For other countries in Europe, it will be from 3 to 5 working days. For other countries it will be from 4 working days.
If you are in a rush, send us an email and we'll see if we can deliver within a day.
*We offer your mailbox package within 1 business day, to PostNL, we cannot guarantee for any third-party delays.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
If you have received the product and it does not meet your expectations, you may return it.
Unfortunately, if the packaging is damaged and the cards are curled up, we cannot refund your money.
RETURNS
If you meet the above conditions, please send us an email info@imagicals.nl within 14 days of receipt. Please mention your order number and indicate which version(s) you want to return. Reasons may, and are appreciated, but are not required.
Send your unopened packages in a sealed envelope to:

Please write your name, zip code, house number and order number clearly on the back of the envelope.
The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. Make sure you stamp it sufficiently; this depends on the amount you are returning.
It is advisable to send the envelope by track and trace, so you have proof of shipment.
After receipt, it may take a few days to 2 weeks to get your money back. The amount depends on the number of returned versions.
